DONNA HAN, Founder
Donna Han, with over 30 years in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, has managed direct response programs for major non-profits including Alzheimer’s Association, National Osteoporosis Foundation and AIRDS Action Committee of Boston.
Her background also includes managing and consulting for direct response campaigns for over 160 public broadcasting stations around the country including WETA (serving Greater Washington, DC) resulting in raising millions for the organizations.

Laurie has over 12 years of experience in direct mail fundraising. She manages data standardization for mail processing and oversees production to ensure seamless delivery.

Paul brings 15+ years in direct mail for nonprofits, with expertise in list selection, data analysis, and production management, having worked with clients like The Humane Society of the United States and The Diabetes Research and Wellness Foundation.

With over 10 years in production and copy management, Sally’s background includes teaching at Seoul Women’s University, where she gained insights into current trends and leadership, adding a unique perspective to DHG’s campaigns.

With 18 years in fundraising, Mary has directed membership and annual giving programs, raising millions for various organizations. She oversees copy strategy, coordinates acquisition co-op lists, and assists in production.

A retired Army Major General with a career at Paralyzed Veterans of America, Blake brings extensive experience in development, operations, and government relations, supporting strategic purchasing and renewals.

Kristen has over 35 years in direct mail production, with experience at Mailing Services of Pittsburgh, Paralyzed Veterans of America, and WETA. She currently leads DHG’s analysis efforts.

A veteran with 40+ years in fundraising, Jeremy specializes in data-driven appeals that inspire readers and deliver results. His recent successes include reactivating donors for the Organization for Tropical Studies and consulting for the Charles Darwin Foundation. He is also a wildlife photographer and BBC Natural History Unit consultant.
